PICKUP / DELIVERY
Choose exactly what you need for your wedding/event. All orders must be placed no later than 2 Weeks prior to your event. Once your order has been placed, a designer will get in touch with you to confirm details.
You may select in store pick up at no additional cost the day of your event. We Deliver to your venue on San Juan Island. Delivery fees range from $25- $100 depending on location and items. This includes one location drop-off service only. For Event Set Up Services: Please book a full service consultation. Once the delivery has been scheduled you will be charged the appropriate delivery fee.
CANCELATIONS / REFUNDS
If you need to cancel for what ever reason, you may do so 30 Days prior to the wedding/event date. All refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given once the 30 day deadline has passed.

- Apotheca Design is not responsible for unpacking or setting-up any of the A LA CARTE wedding floral
- Do to the nature of working with live product, Apotheca Design reserves the right to make floral substitutions as necessary. Please understand that we are working with a natural product that is subject to weather conditions and availability. The photos shown are a representation of how the arrangement will look but actual designs are dependent on the artistic interpretation of the designer.
- Apotheca Design is not responsible for the condition of the flowers once delivered. We always make it our goal to make sure the blooms are at their best before they leave our studio. We include care instructions with each order to help our clients keep the arrangements in top condition.
